Good to know

In 20th-century Britain, Blue Tits learned to peck open the foil tops of milk bottles to drink the cream.

You can expect to find it in woodland, parks and gardens, especially with oak. It is especially common in the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden and Poland. Distribution changes with the seasons and from year to year, so check a recent local observation source before you go looking.
